First, my twin sister and I went to our company convention. Before we left, we had said that as soon as we got back, we had to start on a diet of some kind. We did not know what but had to. Well, while at Fortune Fest, we heard testimony after testimony of people that were on the Life-Style Plan. Right there with tears running down our cheeks, we decided that this was the plan for us.

We came home ordered the plan. We have always been overweight and know that being overweight leads to health problems. We are both type 2 Diabetic and taking both oral and injections daily of insulin. We knew that this might help.

After the Plan got here, we prayed and off we started. We began to notice right away that our blood sugar was getting under control and that we had to start cutting our insulin. We started by calling the doctor. He said to cut our dosage by 2 units and go from there.

Go from there we have….After being on the diet for 10 days now, both my sister and I have been able to drop 30 units each a day from our injections. That is 15 units in the morning and 15 units in the evening.

Now, what about weight loss, well after one week (we only weight on Monday), my sister had loss 4.5 pounds and lost 8 inches here and there. I had loss 6 pounds and loss 7 inches here and there. I don’t know about you but I have been on diets for months and not done that well. We feel as if this is what God gave us to save our lives, to enjoy whatever we have left not as a bystander but as a participant.

Men who started the Plan at the same time we did (of course- men always seem to loose faster), have loss 12 and 15 pounds in that week’s time. One of our buddies has already cut his high blood pressure medication in half.

Does this Life-Style work….Yes it does. It is a LIFE-STYLE change that is easy to follow.
